Shortly after 25. 6. we will inform you by email about the acceptance or possible rejection of your participation in this year's festival.
In case of your acceptance to the festival and after paying the 1st part of the participation fee (see below), you will be able to fill out the registration. In the registration you will be able to edit the competition repertoire, materials for the press (photo and description of your choir), ordered food, etc. Detailed registration will be closed on 15. 9. 2025.
The participation fee consists of two parts.
Part 1 - per choir - the participation fee for the competing choir is 2000 CZK. Please pay this part to the account 8337441/0100 (ZUŠ Jirkov) and send a copy of the payment receipt to This email address is being protected from spambots. We will then send you an access link to complete the registration. Choirs that are members of the UČPS are provided with a 10% discount on this 1st part of the participation fee. If the choir's participation in the festival is cancelled, this fee is not refundable.
2nd part - per choir member - the participation fee for each choir member is 100 CZK. This second part of the participation fee must be paid no later than during the festival. If choir members perform in more than one choir, they pay this part of the fee only once.
The competing choirs will send five copies of the sheet music for the jury to the address ZUŠ Jirkov (Chomutovská 267, 431 11 Jirkov). Only competing choirs can participate in the AURA and AURIX competitions. More in the Aura + Aurix section.
The choirs' transport is at their own expense.
If interested, you can use the possibility of accommodation in a rented gym.
We will be happy to help choirs with catering. The detailed registration questionnaire (which you will be able to fill out only after paying the 1st part of the participation fee) also includes an exact menu, in which you will be able to order the appropriate number of meals for your choir. Catering takes place at Červený Hrádek and includes only Saturday lunch and dinner. However, competitors are invited to a modest Friday banquet after the concert, a baguette after the Saturday Gala Concert and a Sunday banquet after the workshop.
The ordered catering must be paid by 20. 9. 2025 to the account number 35-6569450257/0100. Enter 1122 as the variable symbol and write the name of your choir in the message for the recipient.
Festival participants are invited to a social gathering on Saturday evening, where there will be light refreshments, live music, an informal discussion with the jury...
The festival also includes "Concerts in the Region", in which we believe you will actively participate in singing.
